Ravi Sanjeev

Gos Hein is NetApp’s Area Vice President Northern EMEA and MEEEAR which includes BeNeLux, the Nordics, the Baltic States, Middle East  Africa and Eastern Europe   Turkey. In this role, Gos Hein has overall sales and strategic leadership for more than 100 countries, including business strategy, go-to-market, and operations. He is also responsible for all channel sales, field marketing, and services efforts in these countries, with the focus on establishing NetApp as the leading data management vendor in the region.

After a career in Consumer Goods Products and marketing, Gos Hein started a 20-year adventure in Technology   ICT. The convergence of limitless amounts of Compute power, ever growing quantity of Data - 90% of all data on the Internet has been created in the last 2 years - and the growing intelligence coming from AI/ML/DL is creating Digital Transformations in every single industry.

Currently Gos Hein is part of building a worldwide new GEO as it’s referred to in NetApp and having the ambition to be "the Data Authority in a Hybrid Cloud world" for NetApp’s largest customers globally and help them "Change the World using Data".

Hoseb Dermanilian

Rob Benoit is a Sr. Director of Systems Engineering at NetApp. He manages the engineering and GTM teams for NetApp's Financial Services vertical. Rob has over 20 years of IT experience in the financial services industry previously running engineering and architecture organizations at a number of FSI companies. He is an industry leader in storage and data management technologies focused on Hybrid Cloud, Software Defined Data Center and Converged/Integrated Solutions architectures. With these architectures, Rob’s organization has been instrumental in helping customers transition their infrastructures from a legacy build and operate model to a Services Oriented Infrastructure. SOI model allows IT organizations to change cost models and add agility at scale enabling new business models.

Manash Kirtania

In this role, Toby has overall sales and leadership responsibility for the UK Enterprise business comprising the top tier of the NetApp customer base across all vertical sectors. This includes business strategy, go-to-market, and overall customer satisfaction. His focus is on establishing NetApp and a firm leader across the UK within the key market segments in which NetApp operates – specifically All flash, Hyperconverged and cloud services.

Toby has had a lengthy career in the storage and data management sector, having grown similar businesses at EMC as well as start-up organisations such as 3PAR and SolidFire. Toby joined NetApp in 2016 as part of the SolidFire acquisition, which now forms the foundation of NetApp’s hyperconverged strategy.

The opportunity ahead of NetApp clearly resonates within the UK FS marketplace and Toby is excited to build upon the solid foundation that already exists in this business segment.

Thomas is Netapp’s Director of FSI Global accounts headquartered in EMEA. His role is to act with his team as a global partner for all worldwide financial institutions, to provide customers with a seamless and disruptive approach in data management.

With over 20 years of experience, Thomas has brought extensive expertise across different management roles at Netapp for the past 10 years, where he led his teams to develop and grow large businesses at a worldwide scale. Thomas has studied Financial Markets at EDHEC Business School (France) and has started his career at Bank Indosuez and JP Morgan before choosing to pursue his career in the IT industry and help customers drive their digitization.

Chris Rodriguez

Hoseb joined NetApp in 2012. In his current role, he manages and develops AI, Machine Learning and Big Data Analytics solutions across EMEA. Hoseb's focus is to position and discuss NetApp's value add in the AI/ML and Big Data space and help customers build the right platform for their data driven business strategies.

He is also responsible in developing joint NetApp and AI/ML ecosystem solutions as well as building the Go-To-Market strategy around these solutions including NetApp channel programs. With the emergence of AI/ML initiatives across numerous verticals and industries around the globe and the importance of data in such initiatives, Hoseb sees NetApp as a major contributor that customers can rely upon in their AI/ML projects to build a future proof data pipeline that can expand all the way from the edge to the core to the cloud.

Hoseb comes from a technical background. In his previous role at NetApp, he was the lead Consulting System Engineer for the MEAI (Middle East, Africa, Israel) region helping customers design and architect NetApp based video surveillance and big data analytics solutions.

Hoseb brings with him a strong AI/ML and Big Data academic background. He holds a master’s in science (MSc.) degree with distinction in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the American University of Beirut. Along with his professors, Hoseb has developed an algorithm that was recognized and published by multiple highly ranked IEEE journals and conferences

Steve began his career in technology working for Sequent Computers, spending time at Intel and StorageTek. He joined NetApp in 2006 taking a role in pre-sales. During that time, he has been involved with FSI customers for the past 10 years. Steve has worked on accounts across the FSI vertical, heading up the Global pre-sales team for a large, multi-national bank, before moving to manage the technical pre-sales for Global FSI accounts across EMEA. Steve lives in Sheffield with his wife   2 children.

Ravi Sanjeev

Jason is a digital banking exec. He spent the last three years creating, building, and testing next generation digital banking propositions in the wild. He co-founded two new digital banks (Monzo and Starling) and as Chief Customer Officer created the propositions, built product teams, led the design development of the award winning Monzo app, and defended the regulatory application with the FCA / PRA.

Now as part of 11:FS, he leads delivery teams in work across the financial services market to help banks drive digital transformation and help the delivery ‘truly digital banking’. At 11FS he brings a mix of big bank experience with a start-up / digital approach to deliver projects than just talk about them.

Adrien is a tech evangelist and DevOps at Saagie. Previously, he orchestrated the implementation of a DevOps approach at the scale of a large banking group, and also supported several IT transformation projects while he was a consultant at Octo Technology. Very involved in the Parisian technological ecosystem, Adrien leads several communities such as docker meetups, kubernetes or serverless architectures. Adrien is also Docker Captain at Docker Inc.

Adrien is DevOps   tech evangelist for Saagie, a company offering a smart #bigdata   #AI platform accelerating the time to market of such projects, as well as fostering innovation through easing emergence of company datalabs.

John began his technology career in the telecom sector with HP 9000 Unix systems. He then moved into the Financial Services sector with Sun Microsystems, managing global relationships with JP Morgan & Bank of America. After taking 4 years out of the industry between 2002-2006, where he travelled globally and successfully set up his own business in land development, John joined NetApp and led numerous accounts and teams in FSI over a 10 year period. He then managed Juniper Networks EMEA FSI team and today is responsible for NVIDIA's FSI business in EMEA, along with the newly announced RAPIDS machine learning business in EMEA. He lives in London with his wife & two children.

Piyush has over 25 years of entrepreneurial experience, with the past 20 focused in software and technology services. Currently, Piyush serves as CEO and Board Member of Data Dynamics Inc. which he founded in 2012. Piyush is committed to building software solutions that drive value for his customers. He believes that a customer-centric focus is a must, and thus builds an internal team culture with a “customer-first” mindset. This customer-centric focus has allowed Data Dynamics to have 25 percent of the Fortune 100 companies as its customers, as well as 12 of the world’s top 20 banks.

He is passionate about business start-ups and loves the rollercoaster ride that comes with the challenges inherent to it. Piyush believes a start-up team becomes a family as they spend more waking hours together. This has helped develop a culture that inspires and rewards creativity and unity within the organization. The sense of belonging and commitment with each team member becomes core to the company’s success.

In addition, Piyush is focused on driving balance sheet value for his shareholders, while ensuring that the company is efficient with its capital. This has allowed him to build organizations with “boot-strap” funding, relying on organic sales to help drive growth rather than a constant dependence on external funding.

Often called the “Dean of Data,” Piyush has established alliances and partnerships with key industry leaders within the data management field. His extensive global experience includes areas such as business strategy, treasury and finance, investor relations, acquisitions and divestitures, and operations.

Andrew has over 25 years of experience in driving strategic transformation, large transactions and hands on delivery for leading Global Consulting and Outsourcing organisations. Having been with Accenture for 12 years he has worked across a broad portfolio of Accenture clients and services (from consulting to business process outsourcing), with full P&L responsibility for client delivery and several Accenture lines of business. Since 2013, he has led Accenture Operations, Infrastructure Sales Origination, growing to c.$1.4bn of Sales on a yearly basis across Europe, Africa and Latin America. Andrew is focused on developing trusted client relationships, developing business case led IT strategies, complex program delivery and solution design across a range of platforms. Over the past few years he has successfully delivered numerous business led technology transformations, IT operating models, Cloud solutions and cost reduction/transformation programmes.
